APPLICATION
Dab on around the eye area and allow ingredients to absorb for a moment before blending.
Use on the under-eye area, brow bone and out to crow’s feet for best results.
If applying to yourself, use directly from brush applicator. If applying to a client, apply with #9 or #15 brush. Feather and blend using finger tips.
